**1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website.

**4. Shipping Restrictions**
- We currently only ship to the United States.

**5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
- Kale & Kardigans Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**6. Damages**
- Kale & Kardigans Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**7. Incorrect Address**
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Kale & Kardigans Boutique is not responsible for the misdelivery of orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided is accurate and complete. If you notice the address provided is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible and if your order has not yet been mailed out we will gladly switch it to the correct address.
